I just wanted to let you know that the range hood arrived and works flawlessly. Thanks for a very positive experience. On another note, the salesman wanted to know where I bought the hood so he could “refer others to them”. Just to let you know, they would mark up your units 100% and their service is quite poor- they took over a month to get any of the items I ordered- and their warehouse is 20 miles away from the store. I will try to refer new neighbors to you.
Just finished installing the hood and it looks great! Works even better and when you say that this big hood is quiet you meant it. On the lowest speed this hood is much better than our last hood. I am not sure we will ever need the 1000 setting! Thanks
