Some of you had requested an “easy to get to” pricing page and since we aim to please, we created one!!  You’ll find the Lodging/Ticket pricing under the tab “Pricing” along the top of the page!!

Check it out!!  Also note, tickets for BLEND are $75 and you get SO much for that price.  Comparable retreats/conferences are currently charging $250!

Who likes COFFEE?!?!

We’re happy to announce that Green Mountain Coffee will be the Official Coffee Sponsor of the 2012 BLEND Retreat!!!

Not only are they providing 600 K-Cups in a various assortment of flavors, but they’re also giving us FOUR Keurig brewing machines to use during the retreat.

Then, guess what:  We’re giving those machines AWAY during the Closing Ceremony raffle!!!!

Good Things Are Happening!

Hey everyone! Registration for BLEND is now open and you can go here to purchase your ticket. If you have any questions about how to register or how the lodging works, please don’t hesitate to email us at blendretreat@gmail.com. We are here to help!

We wanted to take a moment to give you all a better idea of what exactly will be going down on May 4, 5, and 6. You can always look at the schedule page, but we like to ramble.. so this post is all about the good things that are happening at BLEND. We also want to make sure you know ALL you are getting for the $75 ticket price. It’s pretty awesome that we are able to offer up so much, thanks to our generous sponsors.

Friday, May 4th

3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Registration & Check In

  • Pick up the keys to your own cabin.
  • Grab your BLEND Badge, T-Shirt, and Swag Bag!
  • If you are arriving later, you can get your keys whenever you arrive & grab your badge & bag on Saturday morning!

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Meet & Greet Cocktail Hour

  • Get to know the fellow attendees & sponsors at this casual cocktail hour.
  • Drinks & hors d’oeuvres will be provided, this is included with your ticket! (Vegan & gluten free options available.)
  • Dress however you’d like! We want this to be a relaxed, comfortable weekend. Feel free to dress up or dress down, but please don’t come naked. We hear they won’t let you in if you are naked. Got that?

7:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Gourmet Dinner in the Dining Hall

  • Three course dinner provided in the price of your ticket. (Vegan & gluten free options available.)
  • Chat with all your new friends over delicious food!

Saturday, May 5

7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Rise & Shine Bootcamp Class

  • Led by NASM-certified personal trainer & Group Fitness Instructor, Lindsay Wright & NASM-certified personal trainer, Tina Reale
  • Learn new body weight moves and techniques to squeeze a strength & cardio workout in anywhere!
  • Class is included in ticket fee.
  • Be sure to pack workout clothes & a water bottle for the class. No other equipment required.
  • If you would rather take a run, an organized running group will meet at 7:30 AM for a one hour run.

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Breakfast provided by Xagave

  • Learn more about Xagave, the healthy & sweet alternative to sugar.
  • Taste several dishes created by the Xagave kitchen.
  • Receive recipes for the dishes you try.
  • Vegan & gluten free options available.
  • Breakfast & coffee/tea service is included in ticket fee.
  • K-Cup Coffee provided by Green Mountain.

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Late Registration

  • Pick up your badge, t-shirt & swag bag if you didn’t on Friday afternoon.

The rest of the day is yours! You can do whatever you decide, but we have organized a couple things for you to check out.

12:30 PM: Organized Hike

  • Meet at the Chautauqua Meadow Trailhead.
  • Various distance loops available, we can break up into groups depending how far you want to hike.
  • Pre- and post-hike fuel provided by The Simply Bar. These vegan and gluten free bars will power your through your journey!
  • Hikes are free, The Simply Bar treats included in your ticket fee. If you miss out on the hike, you will find their bars in your swag bag!
  • Be sure to pack hiking shoes and a water bottle if you plan to hike. A fanny pack/back pack is also a good idea for snacks and your camera,

2:00 PM-3:00 PM: CorePower Yoga Class

  • CorePower Yoga class combines heat, music, breath and movement for an intense and energizing experience.
  • Great class to increase strength and flexibility, lose weight, and/or manage stress.
  • Class is included in ticket fee.
  • Be sure to pack yoga attire and a water bottle for the class, towels and mats will be provided.

We thought about organizing a dinner out on the town in Boulder, but realized that with 100+ people, it would be hard to find something everyone agreed on. Instead, we encourage you to check out the local cuisine Boulder has to offer. Once you decide what you want for dinner, break into groups and have a delicious meal out with your new friends. We can always meet back up for dessert at a local ice cream shop!

Sunday, May 6

Group Fitness Class: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM organized by Chobani Fit (our official sponsor!)

  • Led by famed fitness industry leader, Tiffany VanDeMark.
  • Class is included in ticket fee.
  • Be sure to pack workout clothes & a water bottle for the class. No other equipment required.

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Breakfast provided by Chobani Fit

  • Post-workout recovery cups of Chobani provided.
  • Several breakfast options will be available. (Vegan & gluten free options included.)
  • Breakfast & coffee/tea service is included in ticket fee.
  • Coffee provided by Green Mountain.

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Closing Ceremony & Raffle

  • Tons of great prizes will be raffled off, all provided by our sponsors.
  • Use this time to exchange contact information with fellow attendees and sponsors.
  • Closing remarks from our sponsors & retreat hostesses.

11:30 AM: Check Out

  • We can all have a group hug & big cry as we say our goodbyes.

There you have it! A breakdown of just what to expect and what you will receive when you come to BLEND in May!

There will be more things planned as the event gets closer, so keep that in mind! We are chatting with Ashley from The Edible Perspective about a casual photography tutorial and a few other attendees about sharing some of their tips. Tickets for the 2012 BLEND Retreat go on sale THIS Sunday, January 15th at 8pm, EST!  Tickets will be sold HERE – there will be an added “Registration” page!

We only have 100 tickets to sell, and we’re expecting the event to sell out within hours.

Pricing is as follows (INCLUDES the $75 ticket, two nights lodging, AND tax):

  • Twin – $235
  • Full – $255
  • Queen – $295
  • King – $335
  • 1/2 Queen – $195
  • 1/2 King – $215
  • Full Pullout – $215
  • Twin Pullout – $175
  • Queen Efficiency – $435
  • No Lodging Necessary, $75
