About the site
Homemaker’s Challenge is a site dedicated to providing ideas, encouragement, tips, and tricks to aid in overcoming the challenges of today’s homemaker. There aren’t many women who wholeheartedly enjoy every process of creating a home but with a few skills and insightful perspectives we can learn to like it a bit more.

About the founder
Amy Bayliss, then Amy Grant, began blogging in 2005. Since that time she has trail blazed through the blog scene co-founding and propelling online retreats like Heart of the Matter Online, Internet Cafe Devotions, and her personal website: Cajun Joie de Vivre. She also brought to the table an innovative way for bloggers and their readers to connect by establishing online conferences and workshops through A Woman Inspired, HOTM Conferences, DIY Ministry and DIY Online Events. She has been featured Woman’s Day Magazine, Inside Out Programming, and was the feature story and cover girl for CWO Magazine in August of 2008.

Amy is the author of Pursuit of Proverbs 31 and Do It Yourself Online Ministry. She has been wife to Ryan since 2007 and mom to four rambunctious boys that range in age from 18 months to 15 years. They reside in Cajun Country where they worship and serve under Healing Place Church. …read more.

Christin Slade and Amy Bayliss at Relevant 2011

Special mention
A special mention goes to Christin from Joyful Mothering who beautifully managed the site from October 2010 to October 2011 while Amy was taking a much needed hiatus to be with her family. It is because of Christin that this site is still thriving. She also helped Amy to “think outside the box” by turning a blog hop into a fully functioning resource and encouragement website for homemakers.

Want to hire Amy?
Though her greatest talent is writing, Amy’s experience has lent itself to building a successful clientele of bloggers and contributor blog owners who have brought her on to coach and consult with them to fulfill their maximum online potential. Her consultations result in increased readership, brilliant marketing strategies, advanced monetization and higher search engine rankings. She is available for consultations and guest writing for publications as well as speaking engagements.…read more.

Amy also considers sponsorships, advertising, and brand ambassadorship opportunities.
