I am a thirty something, suburb dwelling, mother of two, wife of one, former corporate food scientist who is passionate about food. I love to eat and seem to spend most of my day in the kitchen.
I am a vegetarian, tending towards veganism. I love the energy and overall well-being that comes from eating a plant based diet.
I started this blog (originally at rawhousewife.wordpress.com) to chronicle my transition to a high raw diet. I love raw foods and eat a lot of them, but definitely enjoy cooked foods too. I generally eat mostly raw for breakfast and lunch and a have cooked dinner alongside some raw foods.
