Working in the financial industry after graduating from college, I quickly came to realize that I needed a career change. I had medical issues, relationship issues, why am I doing what I'm doing issues, and the list goes on. I was living just fine but I wasn't thriving.

It's amazing how little I knew about what I was eating, where it was from, how it was made, and why I was making those particular food choices. How did I come to believe that some things were so good for me when really they where the worst thing I could be eating? Where did these food myths start? And why?

I left my job and started to study real health. The kind of health the father of medicine, Hippocrates, wanted, 'Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.' I changed my diet and almost immediately had better mental clarity, lost about 15 or 20 pounds, cleared up my medical issue and realized, 'WOW, I feel so alive and empowered.' I saw how much we are WHOLE people and how much we are every aspect of our lives, especially what we nourish our bodies with.

So many people are blind to what they are putting in their bodies, the most important thing that they have.

'So many people spend their health gaining wealth, and then have to spend their wealth to regain their health.'

We have an alive-ness in us that would thrive given half the chance. Many of us have no idea why we aren't thriving. I believe we all deserve to know why, and how to change it. We all deserve to feel empowered, at least in ONE area of our lives. 

I want to share what I experienced with anyone who wants to experience it as well. I want everyone to stop struggling with all the fad diets and to feel good about themselves NOW. I found the perfect school to train with so that I could do just that. 

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach and I am aBoard Certified and Accredited Member of American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

I help people create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits their unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. And I LOVE what I do :) 

I specialize in working with women who have hormonal issues. Symptoms range from weight-gain, lethargy, mood swings, PMS & cramp, irregular periods or infertility.
