We have already reviewed a couple of iPhone 4 cases over the last couple of weeks on Geeky Gadgets, the latest one we are testing out is the Speck Fitted iPhone 4 Case.
The Speck Fitted case for the iPhone 4 comes in two parts, and is designed to give your iPhone 4 some protection, it is more of a hard case for the iPhone 4 than the ones we previously tested and it comes with a range of different designs.
The back of the Speck Fitted iPhone case is covered in fabric, and as you can see from the photos the one we tested features a camouflage design.
The case fits the iPhone 4 very well, and you still get easy access to everything including the mute button as well as the up and down volume buttons, plus the iPhone sync port and the headphone jack and camera
The Speck Fitted iPhone 4 case does add a little more bulk to your iPhone 4 than the Speck PixelSkin HD case that we tried out yesterday, although I would say it probably offers your iPhone 4 more protection as it is a hard case.
On the front of the case, the bezel is slightly lifted, which means that when you put your iPhone 4 down on a desk or table, the bezel stops the class screen from touching the surface, to make sure it doesn’t get scratched.
Overall the Speck Fitted iPhone 4 case is a pretty good case for your shiny new iPhone and it comes with a range of different designs, if you want one they are available for $29.95 from Speck.
My personal favourite out of all the iPhone 4 cases we have tested so far is still the Speck PixelSkin HD.
Kudos to Speck. Another great job in design and engineering. Can this case still work with screen guard films on the front and/or glass back?
Does this case cover or inhibit the flash feature on the phone?
Hi Katy
The flash works fine with the case, there is enough space on the back to use both the camera and the flash.
does this case fit with a full body Invisible shield for iphone 4?
Hi Ben
We are not sure to be honest, we didnt test it with one of these.
I hope this helps
