QSL rules: There is no need to send direct QSL cards since all QSO will be confirmed automatically via buro free of charge. So for those who want to have the QSL card directly via mail please add minimum 3 US $ which includes a donation for children of TEMOTU which I support with useful goods. Please no IRC !!! Hams who do not participate in the TEMOTU children donation activity with less than 3 US $ will be excluded from the QSL direct delivery (only via buro). Our QSL cards show the children of TEMOTU who need help in any variation. During our last expedition we could make 10 children happy. Please do not send your QSL card showing commercial advertisings on it. Ham Radio is not a commercial business.

About RST: Please use real and true RST reports. All permanent 599ers will be ignored in case I've got the impression that my signal can't be that strong at your side. I become angry when I operate on 160m or 80m over a distance of many thousands of km or miles and signals are just above the noise level and I get confirmed by 599. Please understand that I can accept only QSOs which are being made according to ham spirit and truth and only for these QSO I will issue the QSL card.

NO commercial sponsors wanted for my personal ham pleasure.

Private sponsors who want to support the TEMOTU children are most welcome.

Number of DX crew is complete. Please no applications to participate.

Thanks to Singapore Airlines for all the reliable flights in the past.

Important: In order to avoid my QRT because of QRM please keep in mind that I will switch off my radio if there is no discipline on the band. I'm on holiday there and not for hard work. Please reply only once or twice your call sign when I call "QRZ" or "UP" ! Do not hammer continiously your callsign 5-10 times even I'm being in QSO with others. My call saying "UP 1/5" means please spread out 1-5 KHz up and stay on one frequency stable. I will go up and down within this section to pick out one after the other. It makes no sense to give me advice via DX cluster since I don't have access to internet and I also do not follow your advice or answering questions on the band like QSY x-band?, QRV when?

My weapon to fight back against rule ignorers is NOT to send a QSL card.

More informations about our last expeditions to TEMOTU are given on my webside www.hari-ham.com

H40FN is receiving frustrating emails for his upcoming expedition to TEMOTU like this: "You cannot blame the others (regarding QRM during pile up) if you don't do it right. I fully agree with (... call deleted): if the pileup has no discipline, don't blame the operators. Blame YOU, because you can't handle it." Somebody sent from South-Europe. Remark from H40FN: If more EU Stations have the same opinion for my doings I will change my mode from shortwave CW to ATV on 23cm Band there. Best 73 H40FN

You are booming in here in RI at 1930 Eastern. I can't get a signal out to you from my 706 Mk IIG. My diapole is oriented E&W which is probably why. N1YT
