About George F. Snell III

Welcome to HighTalk.  If you haven’t already please leave a comment behind.  Isn’t that what a blog about the social web, media and culture should be doing?  Asking people to talk, discuss, agree or disagree?  So let’s do that.

George F. Snell III

My name is George F. Snell III.  Grandson of a Boston cop, son of entrepreneur and a former journalist who still likes the idea of writing on deadlines – my own.

I still read books.  I don’t watch TV (and haven’t in more than a decade).  Yet I enjoy movies and sports, particularly New England Patriots football and Boston Red Sox baseball.  I practice yoga.  I also run.

I work in Boston for a global PR firm counseling clients on digital communications.  I’ve worked with dozens of brands including Ocean Spray, L.L. Bean, Verizon Wireless, ZipCar, General Motors, Harvard Business School, M.I.T. and One Laptop Per Child.

HighTalk is my personal blog and has no affiliation with my place of employment.  The writings, musings and opinions on HighTalk are my own and don’t necessarily represent the positions, strategies or opinions of my employer or my clients.  All mistakes (and typos) belong to me.

If you would like more information or want to work together on navigating the rapidly changing, but exciting and creative world of digital and social communications, please feel free to send me an email or contact me through any of my other social media channels.

Thank you for your interest.
