My name is Fred Tracy if you couldn’t tell from the site name. 
I wanted to be a lot of things as the years passed. I loved the “checkers” at the local supermarket when I was a kid, so I wanted to be a cashier. Later on I got into rock music and wanted to be a real life Guitar Hero. I even did my own little versions of both of these. Eventually I found out that while they were cool, they really weren’t that satisfying.
No matter what I did on the outside, I still carried around my old beliefs and interpretations of reality. I began to thirst for change and growth. I saw people who had amazing energies. People who were full of unconditional love. They became my heroes and mentors. I eventually learned enough that I wanted to share it with the world, while continuing to grow every day.
This site is a manifestation of that desire. I write as much to help people as I do to learn from them. It’s been a fascinating journey so far and I hope you’ll join me on it!
