Happening now… you will receive one expert call daily Monday through Saturday.  The telesummit features over a dozen different experts and their topics focusing on tips and tools to help raise your energy levels with easy steps you can take now….and just in time for the holidays!

In my work with cancer survivors and caregivers, one of the most common issues is low physical energy.  Like a ripple effect, feeling exhausted impacts nearly every aspect of healing and life.  A factor that stops most survivors and caregivers from making changes that will increase their energy levels is feeling like you don’t have time.

Being trained as a coach is all about identifying the concern…in this case, low energy and then overcoming roadblocks to finding solutions…in this case, limited time due to balancing the impact cancer has when it touches our lives.  My solution: create an easy to access, complimentary, focused series of 20 minute interviews with top experts in areas ranging from nutrition, breathwork, journal writing, skin care and style to dating, sensuality and body image.

This distinguished and energetic group of specialists shares a strong desire to make a difference for cancer survivors & caregivers by contributing their expertise and my co-host, Sharon Otness Foot and I are very grateful for their participation.

As we lift ourselves up, so do we lift up the world.     ~ Tambre Leighn

spacer Sharon Jakubecy ~ “Just Breathe: Realigning Your Body & Breath for Wellness”

It is not unusual for survivors and caregivers experience high degrees of stress as they navigate the new normal.  Feeling weighed down can result in poor posture, which impacts internal organs and your ability to take in life giving oxygen.  Scans or tests and other high anxiety triggers can initiate a “fight or flight” response and even induce feelings of panic.  As a certified Alexander Technique Practitioner, Sharon will help our listeners with easy to use tools to move into a more calm and relaxed state by releasing muscles to be able to breathe more freely and think more clearly.

spacer Sue London ~ Reiki Master and  Spiritual Life Coach “Been There, Done That: Overcoming Life’s Adversities”

spacer Cynthia Osiecki ~ Body Image Expert ~ “How to Reconnect With Your Body and Activate Your Radiant Energy”

As a 14 year cancer survivor, body image and relationship expert, Cynthia Osiecki understands that the journey of cancer is unique to each individual.  Sometimes change in your physical appearance and the way your body functions can be overwhelming creating emotional stress and fatigue.  Releasing these negative emotions can greatly enhance your natural ability to help you heal.

Cynthia shares steps to help you refocus and connect with your body, then tap into what she calls your inner, unique Radiant Energy as a powerful source for recovery and revitalization.  It’s time to celebrate real beauty and the real you!

Transformation can only occur when you take the step of doing something different.  So now is the time to give yourself the gift of more energy and inspiration to create the shifts in your life that will help you release stress, limiting thoughts, fears, worries, physical tension or holding and whatever else is weighing you down.
