Prima We could inhale this whole plate with just a drizzle of olive oil (at least some of us could…), but that’s not good enough for Chef Peter Chastain. His house-made linguine—soft, buttery egg noodles—sits in a briny stew of shrimp, clams, mussels, calamari, and black bass, all swimming around in a garlicky tomato-based sofritto (an Italian aromatic sauce base) spiked with a hint of chili pepper flakes. love the list! but have 2 better suggestions:
bread pudding at la boulange is to die for! even if you don't like bread pudding, you'll think this is super yummy.
and veggie sandwich on multi grain bread at a sweet affair is delish, with cream cheese, cranberry sauce, sprouts and everything else you can imagine. bet you can't bite it top to bottom, though, stacked 6 inches high!
Oh my...you can't forget the Prime Rib at The Brass Door in San Ramon...nobody does it better!
