BCM Facilities
- Baylor Clinic, a state-of-the-art adult outpatient healthcare facility
- Baylor Family Medicine, the private practice for faculty physicians of the Department of Family and Community Medicine
- The Medical Building, which houses the Alkek Eye Center and the Ambulatory Surgery Center.
- Houston Hospital for Specialized Surgery, at 5400 LaBranch St., is an ambulatory surgery center serving BCM physicians and their patients.

- Ben Taub General Hospital, the largest hospital in the Harris County Hospital District – Staffed 100 percent with BCM clinical faculty
- Houston Hospital for Specialized Surgery, a joint venture of BCM and Surgical Care Affiliates
- The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, one of the VA's largest hospitals, serving Harris County and 27 surrounding counties – Staffed 95 percent with BCM clinical faculty
- St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital, the primary, private adult hospital affiliate of the College - 27 percent BCM clinical faculty
- Texas Children's Hospital, the nation's largest pediatric hospital – Staffed 100 percent with BCM clinical faculty
- The Institute for Rehabilitation and Research, one of the few hospitals in the world capable of providing comprehensive care for the most severely disabled patients
- The Menninger Clinic, dedicated to adolescents and adults with severe psychiatric and dual disorders
- The Methodist Hospital, one of the nation's largest private, non-profit hospitals - 29 percent clinically staffed with BCM faculty
