About Us
The Emerald Closet follows the pulse of Seattle fashion. Our mission: to bring inspiring street style to the Emerald City. We are fashion addicts dedicated to scouring Seattle and finding people who artistically express themselves through a unique personal aesthetic. We sleep, breathe, and live fashion and we’re on the hunt for like-minded individuals.
Besides showcasing Seattle street style, we also write on a variety of topics, including designers we admire, products we covet, fashion news, reviews, and advice. We are your source for all things relating to fashion. We are here to serve you, our readers, so we welcome your article ideas, too.
Please visit our services page for more information on personal shopping and styling services.

Meet the Team:
Adria Saracino: Graphic designer, photographer, Internet marketer, shopoholic, owner of over 150 pairs of shoes and enough clothes to fill a school bus. Her experience includes stints at various retail locations as a personal shopper and visual merchandiser. She also worked for local fashion magazines and attended a selective fashion photography program in London under professional photographer Jeff Licata. She is the go-to person for fashion advice and styling, both for photo shoots, events, and personal makeovers. To see examples of her personal work, visit her site at www.adriasaracino.com.
Travis Querec: People can’t help but notice him. At a towering 6’4” with a style that stands out, Travis is very different from most of his Microsoft co-workers. Self-described as retro sleek, Travis is the backbone of The Emerald Closet. He uses his ninja programming skills to keep the site up and running. But don’t think just because he is the guru behind the scenes he won’t out-shop you. He has the stamina to last hours searching for the perfect fitting item, and he uses his analytical personality to deduce if a piece is the right proportions. Quality comes first, and he won’t accept anything but the best materials and craftsmanship.
