Download Fresh Games Before Travelling With Kids

One of the many benefits of traveling around is the fresh ideas you get from the environment you are in. Whilst in the province, I imagine a different world. I think of a simpler, happier and uncomplicated life. We were in Cagayan de Oro and Bukidnon in December 2011 and in Dumaguete last week. I was impressed as the kids happily embraced their new environment with open heart and mind. They met friends of their age and had a bond even for a limited time.

It was of course difficult to explain to the kids that traveling going to my hometown is far and needs at least 5 hours – 7 hours including stop overs. There were complaints a long the way but with the use of 2012 gamestop coupons, I was able to download new games for their portable playstation or PSP.

Now that we are back in track, I hid their gadgets so as not to disturb their studies. So if you are planning to travel with your kids, make sure you bring enough things to do like reading materials, coloring books, psp, ipads, cellphones with games and other gadgets.

We were in Dumaguete for a week to visit Daddy. He is currently doing something there so he cant come to Manila yet. We stayed there for a week and on February 1, Wednesday, was our flight back to Manila.

While waiting for our flight, Popoy borrowed my phone and began shooting the arriving Philippine Airlines. I was surprised to see the photo on my phone today and thought of posting it here.

Look at the photo! The plane seems to land on the house. This is my entry for Project 366 Blog Photo Challenge. Amazing photography! I am proud of my son!

Family’s Dream Destination

After our family vacation in Singapore where we visited Universal Studios, my kids are now talking about visiting Disney Land Hongkong. They have been pestering us since then. But lets see how it goes, we never know what the future brings, at least I know what they want. I guess its better to travel with the entire family than spending money for birthday parties.

My brother visited Orlando, Florida before and advised me that instead of going to Hongkong, why not plan ahead, travel with the kids and stay at the popular Orlando Hotels. This will surely make the kids extremely happy as it is their long time dream to visit United States. Not only the kids, but also the kids at heart!

I guess I have to start planning by now. For that, I must start searching at Facebook. This is the latest medium of research for a more direct interaction between the buyer and seller. Can’t wait to find affordable hotel rates. Or better yet, package tours!
