As always, if you need more information on any of these properties, just drop me a line.
So, if the groundhog sees his shadow tomorrow, will we have 3 more months of this unseasonably warm weather, Watchers? This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active and pending listings were down a good bit, while closed foreclosure listings were almost triple what they were last week.

Is it Spring already, Watchers? This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active & closed foreclosure listings were both down, while pendings were up a good bit. In fact, pendings were the highest they’ve been since May 2010. And as we all know, pendings often grow up to become closings, so that’s a very good thing, indeed.

Where did the winter weather go, Watchers? This week on Knoxville Foreclosure Watch, active, pending, and closed foreclosure listings were all up just a little. For those of you keeping score, that makes the sixth straight week that foreclosures were either flat or up. Expect a slight downturn in new listings in the new year, as most banks have imposed a holiday moratorium on processing new foreclosures over the next few weeks. And you thought those bank executives had no hearts…
