Need genotypic and phenotyic data of line cross populations
- Clade: Green Plants
I'm looking for high quality datasets, number of SNPs>1000 and number of individuals >400, for experimental populations (F2, F3, or RILs). The dataset will be used to demonstrate a new method handling high density molecular markers. I will appreciate it if you would provided such data or you have any suggestions about where to find it. For any information to share, please contact me at zhiqiu.hu@ucr.edu.
Thank you very much for your kindly help!
Drosera orbiculata N.G.Marchant & Lowrie
- Clade: Droseraceae
- Categories: distribution conservation status, Morphology
Over the next few weeks I plan to upload a series of images and links to stimulate activity for the Droseraceae clade. It seems right to start with a Drosera! Flora Base - the western Australian Flora, gives data on distribution and conservation status of this species.

Oops! Was at the ASPT meetings in St. Louis and learned that the PACCMAD clade is now PACMAD. Scott, I think that you will have to edit. I do not know where it was done but when we have the bibliography set up it will be easy to keep track of such things.
Unknown Bolivian Lamiales (?)
- Clade: Lamiales
Can anybody identify this plant to genus or at least to family? It was photographed in Bolivia and was apparently growing wild there. It was initially identified as Gesneriaceae but is not; it almost looks like a Penstemon species but that genus does not (naturally) occur in that region. My guess is Scrophulariaceae but I suppose it may be some other odd non-Lamiales Asterid:

Hi John,
My labmate directed me to your pictures via my-plant- said there was an unknown Agalinis on here. It looks like Agalinis scarlatina (Orobanchaceae). Beautiful plant!

The Plant List - a working list of all plant species
Recently launched, the Plant List (www.theplantlist.org) is a new resource for the plant sciences community! We've placed a link to the plant list in all of the clades on My-Plant. Clade managers can update that link to point to a specific page on the Plant List if one exists for their clade. Read more »
Can you please elaborate? I do not see any My-Plant support tickets submitted by you.
