co-sponsored by New Alchemy and Rudolf Steiner College
When agriculture becomes a sacred art, it brings insight to practical work, transforming the practitioner through the practice of transforming substance. This course explores our spiritual relationship to the land through presentations and exercises in alchemy, phenomenology, and contemporary preparation-making.
Pre-registration required by February 1: $525 general, $420 students/seniors. Class size is limited.

Life is rhythm. The plant is embedded in cosmic rhythms of days and seasons, guided by sun, moon, and planets. Learn about cosmic influences that affect plants and how planting calendars help you see plants in relationship to cosmic events, and increase your awareness of the land’s cosmic surroundings.
Biodynamic Farming and Gardening Workshop Series
Saturdays 9am-5pm. Pre-registration strongly encouraged. Individual sessions: $85 general, $45 students/seniors. Advanced Intensive: $380 general, $205 students/seniors. If you have taken this series and would like to repeat a session, we invite you to attend at the student rate.

Come work alongside our farmers and gardeners. Enjoy getting your hands in the soil and learn a little about biodynamics in practice.
Tuesdays, 9:30am-12:30pm. Just show up and find a farmer!
Is this idea a good idea? How do I know? Do my teams know how to move past sheer opinion and on to reasoned judgment? This course is skills-based with extensive practice of these adaptable, transferable skill-sets. (Two nights/month, 6-months)
