Second Harvest Heartland distributes more than 70 million pounds of food and grocery products annually to more than 1,000 food shelves, soup kitchens, shelters and other programs in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. These member agencies directly place the food we distribute into the hands of the working families, children and seniors throughout our 59 county service area. They’re the direct link to your hungry neighbors, and we couldn’t do it without them.
