We've been using Act-On for nearly a year now, primarily for webinar management, email marketing, and form building. The usability of the platform is great and enabled us to get up and running in no time. Their integration with WebEx is fantastic and enables us to create, promote and manage our webinars without ever having to log in to WebEx itself! Email marketing is a breeze in Act-On with their html editing tools for template creation and design, and their integration with SFDC allows us to create and segment distribution lists using existing reports in SFDC. Plus they'll give you all the reporting you need in terms of emails sent, delivered, opened, clicked, etc. And the form building is great too, allowing us to easily create new forms, embed them into our web pages, and push submitted form data to SFDC, including to SFDC campaigns. And last but not least, their customer service is wonderful. Our primary point of contact is Kyle Guiao, a customer success manager who is always helping us to achieve the next level of success with their platform. Act-on will give you knowledge that you just didn't have before. It instantly validated that our marketing campaigns were moving people to our website. It also gave us lead intelligence by showing exactly what pages prospects were visiting, helping us qualify leads and have very focused, valuable conversations very early in the sales process.
