Jessica’s Dinner Party began as a hobby to house my growing interest in cooking and baking.  The after school projects in the kitchen not only piqued my gastronomic interests but made me realize my bigger yearning to learn more about the art of gastronomy.  After years of day dreaming followed by a semi-spontaneous decision, I enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu’s culinary program and moved to Paris.  Excited, scared, and still in disbelief, I hope to chronicle my experiences as a student and a gourmand-in-training!
