  Strongman Competition

Come join Best Fitness Strong Man Competition on Saturday, February 11th!

Saturday, February 11th, 2012
3:00pm-5:00pm
Delaware Avenue in front of Statler City

The strongman course will consist of:
  • Pull a truck 100 feet
  • Throw 2 empty, 2 half full and 2 full kegs into back of truck
  • Run back to starting line
  • Pick up 1 full keg , carry it to the truck, throw into back of truck
  • Run back to starting line Pick up 2 sandbags attached to a rope, carry to truck, throw into back of truck
  • Time stops once everything is in the truck

Interested in competing?
All competitors will receive Best Fitness apparel and a two week free membership to Best Fitness.
The winner of the competition will win a one year membership to Best Fitness.
