About The Family Dinner

Category:  / Tags: no tag / Add Comment

The Family Dinner is primarily an improvisational comedy troupe that was formed in November 2002 by 12 improvisors (all were students at LSU at the time) who strove to master various short-, mid- and long-form improvisation
techniques as well as sketch, stand-up and musical comedy. Many in the troupe were cast members of โ€œMaking It Up As We Go Along,โ€ an improvisational comedy competition produced by the Lively Arts
Committee at LSU for three semesters.

The current members are: James Brown, Brian Gouri, Mike Honore, Jim Teague, and David Vitrano.

The Family Dinner performs weekly on Fridays at Perks Coffee and is also available for shows at Colleges and Corporate Events.
