Week 44 on @Nutrisystem! Healthy Eating & Exercise really Do Work! #NSNation

Week 44 on Nutrisystem! through research, I actually found that, in order to lose weight, you shouldn't work out more then 30 minutes a day. but this 30 minutes should be high intensity cardio. So, I have been doing my workouts each day and have been losing the weight and toning! I love that. I can see a difference in my body and it feels great! I stopped cheating on my diet and working out regularly and look at that! It works! This goes to show that there are no miracle weight loss plans. Just good old healthy eating an exercise. Who would have thunk it! :)
