Mel Well, I do have a pamphlet on honey and health which I wrote from a few OLD books on the subject. My favorite beekeeping book is "Natural Beekeeping". Ross Conrad is the author. I mostly make cosmetic products with my beeswax and also ferment honey, water, yeast and rasberries to make mead. I developed a recipe so the honey is raw and that mead is good. It takes a good year until it is done. I do bee sting therapy and my patients say it works well for arthritis. I think I will always have bees and chickens. Books are good on these subjects but learning by experience is a must. The honey Board has recipes but I always have to adjust them. Maybe I should write a book with good recipes and honey, in my spare time haha! Putting it Up With Honey is the only one I have. It's old too.
