There’s always time for conversations on the front porch for folks to share what experiences they’ve had and the lessons and skills they’ve learned. It’s not a fancy place, its homey because after all, we’re a work in progress.

The neighborhood we seek to create involves sharing on the front porch. In our small town raisings, folks are neighborly and look out for one another.  We appreciate the way small town communities pull together to make things happen for each other.We believe in folks sharing with another what they have learned.  We believe that many of today’s families and communities would be a better place to live in if we revisited more of our childhood front porch values. Honesty, generosity, pardon for transgressions, reliability…you know…the values we ourselves need from one another.  Our front porch has grown a good bit from our first home in Arkansas. We wanted to enlarge the way we share the things we’ve found and the people who make our lives work.  Reliable Resources (#RR) matter and this is where we share the ones that make our family, home, and businesses work. Basics Matter is the place we learn, grow, and share those resources.
