Welcome to Grace Laced Mondays! Grace is found in the everyday when you are intentional about taking note of it.
It is found in the sink full of dishes awaiting you after a family meal, it shines in the faces of your imperfect children, it soothes from the pages of God’s Word, and it is tucked into the enjoyment of a fresh batch of cookies. Grace is in a beautiful moment and a heartbreaking one alike. Grace is blessing beyond what you and I deserve.

“What you win them with is what you win them to.” This has been a long-time favorite quote of mine, by James Montgomery Boice. It’s so true in the sharing of the Gospel, especially as we point our children to Christ. as Seda of Waiting In The Waters shared last week:
“Ultimately, the task of parenting is to prepare the boys for our absence. Our days are numbered; our time runs short. The daily battles of my mind and heart can be summed up with one question: What am I teaching my children to love?”
The most important of questions to consider, Seda…thanks for linking up!

Oops, left my name instead of the post name. Guess that’s what happens when I try to work on the computer with a toddler crawling all over me.
No worries! I think Eric’s Anniversary poem is indeed a picture of GRACE!!
The link doesn’t seem to be working for me today…if I press on the button from my blog, it directs me to an error page. Just FYI .
I went back to your post from last Monday and took the button code from there…now it works, but it doesn’t link to today’s post.
Totally my fault! Seriously…just one wrong bit of code, and it’s all over!! Please try the new code, and let me know if it works. Thanks for your patience, all!
Tired? I can’t imagine why…
Got your new code and all is working correctly now.
Thanks, Christian–for linking up, and for extending grace!
Ruth, I’m laughing at myself. You commented last time on how I can get your button to post as it should, *not* in a box. But I can’t seem to find the tabs in blogger you speak of. Oh my. I did it right the first time I linked up!?
No worries on the incorrect post code. I always do it the long way- copy and paste the picture into my post, then highlight your blog post address. Back in my post, I highlight the picture, then paste the address into the link box, and paste the link into the picture. Seems like a lot of work, but I’ve had no problems yet! So, if anyone ever has a problem, they can do it that way!
I’m enjoying meeting the challenge of Monday postings. It’s been fun so far…even if it takes a little getting used to being unprepared and letting God direct me.
Ruth, thanks for doing this.
Wanted you to know I’ve been praying for y’all in your big transition…
And, next time I’ll NOT put my own name in for my “Monday” link…
Thank you for joining in…you are doing just fine!
