Coffees and teas are good just about any time during the day. With chocolate they are no different. Flavors from roasted beans or wonderful steeped leaves mixed with the rich chocolate ganache will leave you weak in the knees. A must try for all coffee and tea lovers.

What's your drink? Do you prefer to sip a sweet liqueur after dinner, savor a smoky and peaty scotch on the porch, or swig a hoppy beer in the sun? Well, they all work with chocolate!
Citrus zest and juice from fresh fruit create expressions of refreshing summer afternoons or spiced holiday treats. There are no commercially prepared extracts and no artificial flavorings here! This is the good stuff: ripe, subtle, complex, and begging to linger.
Steeped in cream, these chocolate truffles carry the flavors of fresh herbs right out of the garden. Taste mint leaves as if the leaf were resting on your tongue, or smell lavender as if you were in a field of blooming, purple flowers.
Our chocolate truffles do a fine job of highlighting some of the earthy, rich flavors of spices from all around the world. Some of these are toasted and ground in our own kitchen, and many are exotic tastes that are both ancient and new.
A little About the Chocolate
At Intrigue Chocolates Co., we have created more than 100 different chocolate truffle flavors. All of the truffles are made with dark chocolate (60% or darker), mixed with cream purchased from local dairies or organic dairy alternatives, and infused with the freshest ingredients. In the oldest tradition, these truffles have no hard shell and contain no preservatives. Therefore, the chocolate is very fresh, very delicate, and must be refrigerated and eaten within a month.
Our 12pc Truffle Boxes and Truffle Bars are available in an assortment of our current seasonal flavors. The seasonal assortment varies each month, so check back often. All flavors of chocolate truffle are available as a special order with a minimum quantity of 48 truffles, or 6 Truffle Bars. The flavor list is my pride and joy. Intrigue Chocolates Co. was founded on the excitement of discovery while experimenting with new flavors. Our hope is that you get excited about it too. Which one is my favorite? The one I'm eating right now!
I would love to offer all of our flavors at the same time but it is just not possible; they must be kept fresh. Instead, we rotate them seasonally. If you find them all "intriguing", our Truffle of the Month Club is a great way to ensure you get to try them as I make them throughout the year.
