I find it hard to write about myself…do you? But, I’ve heard that you want to know more about me and how I came to have this blog….so here it goes.
If I had to describe myself I would say that I’m a wife, mother and artist. My art is prop styling and interior design which I have done for many years…but, my true love is my family. So old fashioned, yes? I never wanted my “career” to overshadow what I hold most dear which is “family” and it never did.
Oh, and did I mention, I cook? I’ve cooked since I was about 8 years old and by now I’m pretty good at it….no, not a chef, just a good cook…but, not a baker, as you’ll see.
I’m finding my Irish roots through this blog also, and moving forward, I hope that you enjoy that aspect of my life as well.
So, I’d love to have you join me on my journey to bring families and friends together at the table…I truly believe that if we gather together and communicate over good food our lives will be fuller, our friendships deeper and our homes happier.
