We may love the sun, but direct sunlight is just too bright for our delicate eyes. This is especially true if we're in an environment where there is lots of reflective light - on the beach, snow slopes or simply cruising the strip for example.

Designer and fashion sunglasses (sun glasses) are effectively a non-prescription lens with coloured or darkened lenses that prevent strong light from damaging our eyes.

Eye specialists recommends wearing sunglasses whenever you're exposed to these damagingly high levels of Ultra Violet radiation of course you don't have be wearing designer sunglasses or the latest fashion but we would suggest avoiding cheap sunglasses (built using inferior materials) at all costs.
