Saints & Scripture Sundays
My Catholic faith is a vital part of who I am, and who I aspire to become. Saints and Scripture Sundays is my way to learn more about my faith, by sharing with others.
Each Sunday, I will share a favorite Scripture, a featured Saint, along with the occasional snippet of explanations of our Catholic traditions, rituals, ceremonies, holidays and more. I use the Catholic Women’s Devotional Bible, which includes daily devotionals and meditations. Using the New Revised Standard Version, this is by far the most enjoyable Bible I’ve ever owned.
Want to join in and play along? Write about your favorite Scripture or talk about your favorite Saint, then link up. Don’t forget to grab the button and place it in your post, too.

I will definitely check out the book. My faith is strong and I ready daily devotionals myself. You might want to read “My life with the Saints.”

I have a new project! I am a Catholic….trying to create reflections based on specific scripture, imagining being on the receiving end of one of Jesus’ questions and pursuing more personal…heart to heart prayer with Jesus.
My intention for ” i blog Jesus” is that it can be a prayer starter for those yearning to draw closer to Jesus…through their own quiet prayer, prayer journalling, out-loud spontaneous prayer/prayer group or even to kickstart their own private prayer blog.
Please check it out…leave a comment…follow! Thanks =)

Looks wonderful, I’ll have to add it to my blog list of things to do! The Cure of Ar’s Sermons for Sundays and Holy Days would be just perfect for this! He was such an awe inspiring Saint!!

I can’t believe it – a Catholic blogger! I’m so excited to find a fellow Catholic – I was beginning to think only Mormons blogged
