Asian Long Horned Beetle

The efforts to eradicate the Asian Longhorned Beetle (ALB) from Massachusetts continue in the greater Worcester area, as well as in Jamaica Plain (Boston).  New but small and isolated patches of ALB have been found within the past year within the Worcester Regulated Area but no new finds have occurred in Boston since the original find in July 2010.
