Oriana Swingset Climbing Frame special offer - featuring a beautiful design, wonderful cedar wood and a great set of play accessories. The set has a dual colour UV resistant vinyl tarp in Green and Yellow to protect the children playing on the fort deck whether rain or shine.
The set also includes the slide, a 2.2m pre-formed high railed slide for extra safety. The slide also has a wave in the middle to provide an fun and exciting ride. The set also features a combination rockwall ladder to provide a great entrance to the fort and a large play deck.
The play deck is surrounded by slatted walls with safety rails to enaure children can't fall out. There's a cabin style window to the front next to the slide which always proves very popular and a vinyl chalk wall to the back of the fort next to the rock wall.
The swing beam has two belt swings and a trapeze bar. The belt swings are very popular and good for children learning to swing as they grip their hips to make them feel confident as they swing. The trapeze bar is often popular with older children as it provides them with the opportunity to climb, swing and swirl around the bar.

Manufacturers Limited Warranty
The manufacturer states that the product is free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This one (1) year warranty covers all parts including wood, hardware, and accessories. All wood carries a ten (10) year warranty against rot and decay. Refer to the schedule associated with replacement of parts under this Warranty. In addition, the manufacturer will replace any parts within the first 60 days from date of purchase found to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging. This warranty applies to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable. Regular maintenance is required to assure maximum life and performance of this product and failure by the owner to maintain the product according to the maintenance requirements may void this warranty. Maintenance guidelines are provided in the Owner's Manual provided by the manufacturer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Labour for any inspection or Labour for replacement of any defective item(s)
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Cosmetic defects which do not affect performance or integrity of a part or the entire product
- Vandalism, improper use, failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the Assembly Manual.
- Acts of nature including but not limited to wind, storms, hail, floods, excessive water exposure
- Improper installation including but not limited to installation on uneven, unlevel, or soft ground
- Minor twisting, warping, checking, or any other natural occurring properties of wood that do not affect performance or integrity.
The manufacturer states that the product has been designed for safety and quality. Any modifications made to the original product could damage the structural integrity of the unit leading to failure and possible injury. Modification voids any and all warranties and the manufacturer will accept no liability for any modified products or consequences resulting from failure of a modified product.
This product is warranted for RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. Under no circumstance should the product be used in public settings, such use may lead to product failure and potential injury. Any and all public use will void this warranty.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights as well which vary from state to state or country to country.
Please note, where a curved slide is part of the set you have purchased, please ensure this is checked upon delivery for any scrapes/scrathes etc. Please note this on the POD and contact us straight away. If the POD is signed clear and then damage is noticed afterwards, charges may apply for replacement pieces.

Can I just say that the customer service we've received has been fantastic, from ordering the product to delivering it was less than a week and it was delivered first thing in the morning (7.30am to be precise). The sandpit has arrived today and although we weren't in it was placed in a safe place out of site.
Again many thanks, can't wait to see my 2 sons enjoying it - once their dad has built it which may take a while!

No faults!
Can't fault it really... When I was getting the pieces out of the box, I thought, 'Hey up! This feels a bit flimsy!' but when put together, it's as solid as a rock!! The bairn loves it and the adults too! Lol!
Great value product
Great value product - competes easily with other brands of a higher cost. Wood is of excellent quality as are the slide and swings. Screws, bolts etc. are well labelled. On issue I had was with the quantity of the pieces of wood required to bild - there are a lot! My tip is to lay everything out and mark the product part number on each if you have the space before building, that should save time. The wood would benefit from being labelled with the part number to aid construction. Hammer the wooden ground stakes as far as you can into the ground - very important if you live in windy areas like I do in Scotland. Otherwise an excellent product.

The product is great and the kids love it. The delivery was fast.When I opened the packaging to build the product after a several week gap, I noticed a missing item. I contacted the customer service line there was no hesitation and the missing item was sent out immediately and delivered within 48 hours. A great service, thank you very much for a hassle free experience.

The whole process of purchasing our climbing frame was easy and straight forward, from ordering, delivery and finally to assembly. I had a reason to ring the customer service team after I have placed the order and the response I got was quick, efficient and polite. The delivery team in Northern ireland were also really helpful and did all they could to make the delivery as convenient as possible for us. The only difficult part of the whole process was choosing the climbing frame, the choice was so good and deciding where in the garden to put it also took some hard thinking!

This is a very sturdy, attractive climbing frame and extremely good value.
High quality
The product was such good value and looks really good - high quality when made up with great choice of extras. I am really please with it and it should last as the children grow due to its size - nice and big. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another product as it is so much better than what we have seen in our local shops.

Took a while to build - but by the end of the tower and slide, I had got the hang of it.
