Introducing the latest edition to Ribeiro Jiu-Jitsu Association- Yorktown and Crossfit Hampton Roads; Deeper Kneads Massage Company.

Deeper Keads is located in the front with RJJA- Yorktown.

Now you will have the luxury of therapeutic massage available to you right where you train!

After a tough week of training, Crossfit and RJJA- Yorktown members can receive 60 minutes for the reduced rate of $50.  Non members' rates are $60 an hour

*each Crossfit HR and RJJA-Yorktown member will receive a complimentary 30 minute massage to get a feel for the Deeper Kneads experience.

Who We Are

Heidi Eaton is Board Certified through the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Nursing.  She has been practicing massage since 2001.  After finishing school at the Advanced Fuller School of Massage Therapy, she studied Lymphatic Therapy through Dr. Vodder's school, as well as studying at the Edgar Cayce Foundation.

While sports massage is her primary focus, Heidi also practices pre-natal, infertility massage, lymphatic therapy, Swedish massage, and Reflexology.

Heidi has worked with Dr, Richard Rosenblum and Dr. Denton Weiss since 2004, performing pre and post-op lymphatic therapy.

Heidi practiced infertility as well as prenatal massage from 2004 to 2005 at the New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine under Dr. Robin Poe-Ziegler.

While in Indiana, Heidi worked with a chiropractic and naturopath health center.  She also worked on several Notre Dame athletes.
