Homestead Barn Hop #34
“Cultivating the Homestead Community”
Welcome to the 34th edition of the Barn Hop! I so enjoy visiting your homesteads each and every Monday. Thank you to everyone who has made it a success so far!
This hop is hosted by The Prairie Homestead, along with three other fantastic homesteading gals:
Amy from Homestead Revival,
Kendra from New Life on a Homestead,
and Megan from A Blossoming Homestead!
We encourage you to stop by every Monday and share your latest homesteading posts with us.
From cooking to animals to gardening, we want to hear what’s been happening at your homestead this week!
Some Simple Guidelines:
1. Remember to provide a link back to the Homestead Barn Hop in the post that you share. Feel free to grab the banner at the top of this post, if you would like, and use it to link back to us!
2. Please link to a specific post, not your blog’s main page.
3. If you don’t have a blog, share your latest homestead updates in a comment on this post!
4. We, the hosts of the Barn Hop, reserve the right to remove any link that we deem inappropriate or offensive. We will err on the side of caution.

Thanks for hosting, Jill. Today I linked up a post on Ground Cherry Lemon Jelly: commonsensehomesteading.blogspot.com/2011/10/ground-cherry-lemon-jelly.html
It’s a unique jelly combo that tastes like old fashioned lemon drop candy. I know it’s a little late for most folks to try this season, but I figure it never hurts to have ideas for the next growing season, and ground cherries are super easy to raise.
Thanks for hosting! I posted a review of probiotic chocolate.
Hi,
I shared my Grain-Free Fried Chicken and my GF DF Banana Coconut Cream Dessert. I also shared an article about Michael Schmidt’s fast. Lastly, the Raw Milk Freedom Riders will be
Staging a protest November 1st!
Thanks for hosting! I posted a profile of ajwain seed, a digestive aid with other nutritional properties.
Our homestead consists of 17 people who all live in tiny houses on wheels–from old wooden circus caravans to converted trucks. This week I’ve posted a story about moving my own caravan to a new spot to accomodate our coming baby.

Cheers!
Thanks for hosting! This is my first Barn Hop! I posted some about how to get started (in a small way) at making positive choices around the environment. Cheers!
Welcome Melissa! So happy to have you along!
