Whether it’s the first coffee of the day, the best cocktail of the party or the last whisky of the night, we know how important it is to get it right.

At the Soho House Group we believe our bars are only as good as the team that works in them. We are dedicated to developing our bartenders and providing them with fantastic opportunities to further their skills. House Tonic works not only to promote the drink philosophy of the group but to promote our bartenders too!

Our quarterly magazine reports on the latest drink happenings taking place in our houses across the world, and our restaurants across London; Café Boheme, BKB, Dean Street Townhouse, Hoxton Grill and Cecconi’s. It also covers everything from how to mix the perfect cocktail to what our bartenders get up to after hours…
