Want an easy way to make a difference to a family or individual who may otherwise go without this Thanksgiving?  A donation of $10 will  provide a turkey – the delicious centerpiece of a Thanksgiving meal –  to someone through one of our Partner Ministries/Projects.  Our goal is to provide 500+ turkeys for the following ministries/projects:

Boxes of Love:  A project of The Get Together and Priority Associates, providing complete Thanksgiving meals for families served by Newspring, The Forge for Families and Generation One.  Details:  Needs 250+ turkeys by November 19.

Aldine Youth:  Ministry serving low-income families in the Aldine area. Needs 15 turkeys for Community Thanksgiving Dinner by November 14.

Project LIFT:  Needs 7 Turkeys for Thanksgiving Dinner for Homeless Veterans by November 21.

Mission Centers of Houston:  Needs 250 Turkeys to be distributed to families served by their 3 inner city mission centers by November 14.

Individuals interested in providing a Thanksgiving turkey for one of these ministries/projects can do so by making a donation to The Get Together or taking a turkey to one of the ministry/project sites.

Credit Card Donations:

Go to this link,  click “Make a One Time Donation” and fill in the amount you want to donate and your credit card information.  In the “Designated For” Box, put Thanksgiving Turkeys.  You may also designate a particular ministry/project if you choose.
