Historic grant celebrates partnership of labor and management to turn around Providence schools

On February 7, 2012, the Foundation announced a $100,000 grant to support the creation of United Providence (UP!), a unique labor-management compact between the Providence Public School District and the Providence Teachers Union, AFT Local 958.

New INE programs include leadership development grants

The Initiative for Nonprofit Excellence has announced its early 2012 programs, which will include the offering of leadership development grants; please note the February 21 grant application deadline.
