One of my favourite restaurants in Oxford was recently revamped and I finally made it down there to try out the new menu at the weekend. Fratelli's is a lovely little pizzeria on the Cowley Road, that is full of cute kitsch decor and serves such delicious food. The menu is filled with Italian classics, but absolutely packed full of flavour, compared to even some of my favourite chains. You can definitely imagine it's what Mama back in Italia would make! I had Spagetti Carbonara, which I am kind of obsessed with, and James had a calzone which I was quite jealous of too!
For dessert we both had Affogato, which involved pouring shots of espresso and hazelnut liquor on top of vanilla ice cream. Delicious!

Oh my, this all looks amazing! I especially love the kitsch advertisements and the ivy. The food looks ridiculously tasty as well!
This place looks amazing, I love the ivy and the fairy lights on the ceiling! It's also making me really hungry - spaghetti carbonara is one of my favourites too!
I love real pizza places. They're still hard to come by with all the Pizza Huts/Expresses out there. The food here definitely looks delicious.
YUMMY!

Beautiful pics as usual. I look forward to catching up on your blog and all the pictures! A friend is lending me his DSLR camera for practice, and your blog is very inspiring as I see beauty in almost everything and love to take pics of it all!

You take the most pretty photographs, I am sure the restaurant is pretty but you make it look even more lovely.
