The United States Catholic bishops, lead by Cardinal-designate Timothy Dolan, are asking all Catholics to write to members of Congress to speak out against the HHS health care mandate which will infringe on conscience rights and religious liberty. We are also encouraged to support the Respect for Rights of Conscience Act (H.R. 1179.S1467).
