I started to use my Acuhoop that I purchased last week. Let see if it works with me.

Like what I said I am really serious about getting rid of my yuckie tummy so I am hoping this will help me trim my fats.

Acuhoop is not only for loosing weight, it’s also massaging our body, so two in one right? You get to relax while trimming some fats. spacer

I choose 5lbs for adult 120 – 130 lbs though I only weigh 115.6lbs right now.

I am expecting a slight muscle pain after using it yesterday but I didn’t maybe because I used a trim belt when I used it. I will try to use my hoop without the trim belt later….goodluck to me!

The Top Three Exercise Ball Exercises

Posted on by admin
Reply

Exercise balls are a confusing piece of equipment for a lot of people and too many overlook them entirely as something silly and pointless. If you learn how to use them properly you may be surprised how effective and useful this lightweight and easily stored piece of equipment can be.
The Crunch
This is pretty simple. It’s an abdominal crunch but rather than lying flat you lie with your back on top of the exercise balls and your feet flat on the floor below bent knees. This has a lot of advantages over floor exercise. Firstly, the softness of the ball is much better on your lower back than the hard floor that many people exercise on. Secondly, because of the curve of the ball you have a much broader range of motion and can actually arch your back to achieve greater extension.
The Tricep Extension
Speaking of extension, this exercise is similar to a push up but your forearms are placed on the medicine ball and then arms are extended while rolling the ball toward you. This is a surprisingly intense work out for the entire arm as you activate many more muscles than usual to keep your balance during this motion. Many routines based around swiss balls utilize the difficulty of balance to increase muscle activation in this way.
The Wall Squat
Lastly is a leg exercise. Place the exercise ball between your back and a wall. Do a squat as normal but press your back into the ball. This shifts your center of gravity slightly and is easier on the knees. Lower yourself until your knees make a 90 degree angle hold and rise. If you would like to intensify this exercise hand weights can be used.
These are the most basic exercises I suggest for use with exercise balls but after just a little time utilizing these you will see the benefits of this often overlooked exercise tool.

Why It’s Important to Have a Personal Trainer

Posted on by admin
Reply

Even if I have never went on a full-blast diet or special workout regimen, I know how hard it is to lose weight. Just watching an episode of The Biggest Loser is more than enough to convince me that losing weight is a battle. I take my hat off to the hardworking fitness trainers of the contestants in that show. There are times when the trainers look as if they are ready to give up, especially when there doesn’t seem to be any improvements in the people they supervise. Yet, you would see them every day, working their butts off to help these bunch of overweight people get into shape and gain renewed self-confidence.

There was even one episode I watched where the contestant was just about ready to forget her battle plan and just binge on tempting food. But through her personal trainer’s hard work and dedication, she was able to hold off her cravings and focus on her goal.

Are you trying to lose weight? This post isn’t meant to discourage you. All I’m saying is that to effectively lose weight, you need someone behind you; someone like a  personal trainer East London to guide you and push you harder. Without someone to motivate you, your weakness might just overwhelm you until you cave in.

115.2 Lbs

I am thankful that my weight is not increasing yet decreasing ever since I came here. Before I flew here my friends and my gym mates used to tell me that I will gain weight once I live here in Arkansas. They said that the most common problem here is obesity and I don’t want that to be my problem too. So when I got here, I monitored my food intakes and my activities. I started this meme “get lost’ and invited some mommy bloggers who wanted to lose weight with me. unfortunately it didn’t pursue. I got busy with my kids when they started to go to school.  But even it didn’t pursue, I still continued my diet and my activities though sometimes I am not be able to do due to so many things that I have to prioritize.

I wish my weight 115.2 from 119 will just stay as it is or decrease more of it.
