Hi, Here’s my Banana Bread Recipe;
1 -1/2 cup Sorghum flour,1/2 cup Tapioca flour, 1/2 cup Expandex flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda 3/4 tsp xanthan gum & guar gum, 1/2 tsp salt, a bit under 1-1/2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oil, 2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup + 1 TBSP Almond milk, 2 to 3 ripe bananas, smashed (about 1&1/2 cups smashed) if you like pecans, choc chips. Bake @ 350 about an hour in 3 to 4 little pans

I googled a hot fudge recipe that did not contain corn syrup. Your recipe showed up. It turned out wonderful! Everyone liked it on New Year’s!
