I want some changes on this blog.

By Momikat2 On January 18th, 2012

I have been planning to change the niche of this blog a couple of days ago, but I haven’t decided yet which niche should I create for this blog. I already have beauty and fashion blog, family matters blog, home improvement, personal blog, travel, celebrity and entertainment, and kitchen blog. I wish you could help me to decide which niche is best for an url generalessential.info. I want something related to the url. So, I hope you could suggest what is best for this url. I will also change the template, as soon as I have a new niche for this blog.

Cow Design Curtain

By Momikat2 On December 21st, 2011

I bought this curtain last year, and I bought this for my son’s room window. Since, my cousin moved to another place, this curtain was just folded to the closet. I just found it a week after I arrived here. So, now that I need to change the curtain, I used this cow design curtain. What do you think, is it nice?

Sweet Candies

By Momikat2 On December 4th, 2011

I was talking with my friends at Facebook when I remembered that I don’t have matches or lighter here to light the candle. So, I had to say bye-bye first to my friends and telling them that I have something to buy at 7/11. While walking outside, I changed my mind, and I went to a store where I could also buy candies. So, here are the candies at the store nearby.

Hanging Home Decor

By Momikat2 On November 21st, 2011

I found this hanging decor for your home at Indian Store here in Sweden. There were three colors I found on display, blue, mint green, and red. I like the blue most not because it is perfect for my Blue monday, but it is more attractive than the two colors that I have mentioned.

Save Before Spending

By Momikat2 On November 7th, 2011

The rainy season is just around the corner, and we cannot help but remember the saying “save for a rainy day.” But the rising cost of living, it might seem impossible for families to tighten their belts to make ends meet again. Here are some simple but effective ways you can save money and be smart.

Save before spending

For many housewives, generally economies come after expenses – and sometimes there is nothing left for savings account for all the family. In the allocation of the budget of your family, and to leading economies. Allocate a percentage of your monthly income for savings and benefits from the rest of your family expenses. Soon you’ll be surprised how much your family can really save a few months.

Define the objectives

List what you want and your family in the future. Are there things you have to spend at school or a new home, you want to go places with your family or even a small family business, you want to set up? Assign and give it time. This will help you budget because you get a clearer picture of what you want to save for the future. As they say, begin with the end in mind.

List down the cost of

If you find yourself asking, “Where is our money?” Too often, it’s time to check the records of expenditure of the family – or start to keep track of them. Try to pop the whole family at the expense of the review and the total at the end of the week and month. Find a model, a group of similar charges, and then ask yourself: “What expenses can save my family? ‘Bring the family to answer this question, too. It can give a clearer picture of where costs can be reduced, and additional savings.

Raise your children to be money-smart

Your children are never too young to learn about saving, in fact, it is best to start young. Buy something with their own money to teach your children about the value of money, responsibility, and even patience. Give them an allowance and stick to a certain amount. Help to open their own savings account and teach juniors how savings can be both fun and easy.

Grow a Garden

By Momikat2 On September 23rd, 2011

Planting vegetables and herbs in the backyard or patio garden is a great substitute to paying the price of organics. If planting a full garden is daunting or expensive, try this simple trick so you will be motivated to do simple planting. If you don’t use the white ends of your green onions, plant just that part in dirt or a glass of water. The green ends will re-grow—fast! My father is not a farmer but he loves planting any herbs and vegetables. He said the green ends will grow at least an inch a day. So, if you have this in the backyard, you’re saving money honestly.

Lovely Flowers in the Garden

By Momikat2 On September 21st, 2011

I have been planning to build a new house in my vacant lot probably in the third quarter of next year I hope. Actually, I just finished constructing the concrete fence, and now I started looking for a gate design that wouldn’t hurt my budget.

Since, I am not rich; I did my project one at a time. So, putting a gate is my next project. I wanted to have a beautiful garden in front of the house, or a small and yet attractive landscape with beautiful flowers on it. I know I don’t have green thumb, but I am sure I could hire somebody to plant plants and flowers for me. And the photo below is one of the flowers that I want to have in my garden. Lovely, isn’t it?
