Generally all you will need to keep this pasta maker clean is brush and a wooden stick. To take the crumbs off from it, use the brush and to scrape off the dried dough, the wooden stick.
On the flip side there are a few problems you will face while using this pasta maker. First and foremost, it is very hard to use without two people. But if you can get a motor fitted to this pasta maker, it will become easy to use. And the detachable handle sometimes falls out when cranking. The Marcato atlas 150 pasta maker does not come with a drying tray. So there are times when making spaghetti, the strands stick to each other.
