Updos Aren't Just For Prom!
That's right no longer are beautiful updo styles considered as just evening styles or prom hairstyles! There are many ways to wear your hair up that you can wear day, night, or anytime in between! Be creative with different styles of braids, buns, and don't be afraid to use bobby pins. By picking up different pieces of hair, twisting them and pinning them in place you can create a gorgeous updo! It doesn't have to be perfect but you will be amazed at how many compliments a quick updo can earn! Updos are also a great opportunity to throw in some fun hair accessories. You can add sparkle with rhinestone clips or color with a flower. Try a quick, cute updo!

Keep time in mind when scheduling the appointment. Plan the appointment about two to three months out to ensure you are getting top pick of time slots. An appointment scheduled to early mean you may loose the do before prom begins, but an appointment too late may mean missing the first dance.
2. Be sure to pick the Prom Dress out before deciding on the hairstyle. You will also want to pick out the jewelry and accessories before doing the do. Don't forget that hair accessories are in this year! If you choose a simple dress then make it dressier with an elegant updo. If you have an elaborate evening gown then choose a updo less extravagant, to showcase the dress.
3. Choose more than one prom hairstyle. Always have a back up do ready in case your hair does not cooperate on the day of prom. This is can occur because of humidity or other weather conditions. Keep a positive outlook. If you can find two hairstyles you like equally then there will be no problem come prom night.
