The Psychology Behind Losing Weight

If you’ve been paying attention lately you’ve probably heard about low carb diet, no fat diets, high fat diets, no sugar, vegetarian, vegan, lemonade only diet, etc to make you lose weight.

It seems like everyday there’s another new study or new discovery about how food works and how it makes us either gain weight or lose it.

So why are we as a nation still overweight? Even with great a product like HCG drops that don’t have any HCG side effects? Because no matter how accurate the information is or how good the product is, it takes more than that. Now don’t get me wrong there are a lot of bad information out there. But there is a lot of good as well. But if you follow the good you’ll avoid any HCG diet side effects that could occur.

In fact if you do a simple search on the internet or go to the library you can find more good information on how to be healthy than you could ever get through in several lifetimes.

So why doesn’t it seem to help? Well for one I think we are so bombarded with new information that we never really take some of it and go in-depth. We don’t look at a particular study and learn why we aren’t supposed to eat X or we are supposed to eat Y and figure out how to implement it. There’s too much coming at us everyday.

So what’s the solution beside getting on the HCG diet plan so you can successfully complete the HCG diet?

Well I think the first start is going to be to slow down and take notice of where we are and where we want to go. If you simply sit down in a quiet place for 5 minutes and think about what you want to change, and what you want to change it to, that will do you more good than just about anything else. Because we can’t get to where we want to go unless we know roughly where it is. But once we know what direction we want to go in we can get started and figure out the rest as we go along.

So that’s really the first key, figure out where we want to go and to get started.

The second key? To NOT stop until we reach that goal.

It may sound over simplistic but if you look at anything you want to achieve it comes down to these basic principles. So sit down and figure our where you want to go, get started, then don’t stop.

You will be much more likely to get to your goal and not let anything stand in your way. You may get lost from time to time but that’s OK as long as you keep going. You’ll get there eventually.

Then the issue of not knowing what to do will cease as you will be able to quickly tell what’s going to help you and what’s not. You’ll be able to take what’s useful to your journey and to discard the rest.
