Robyn is an advertising media professional and fitness personality. With a passion for social media and health & wellness her website focuses on what it takes to be an Alpha Female. Her blog focuses on fitness, career tips and her opinion on media. She writes within these three categories as they take a forefront in how she balances work with life.

My Mission Statement:

I want to provide information to inspire women on how to become or maintain an Alpha Female status. My website will provide a resource of blogs that entertain and inform and a portfolio of modeling pictures to inspire.

My Bio:

Robyn Baldwin is a former cfl cheerleader turned model, fitness competitor, dancer and advertising media executive by day. Robyn completed her Honours Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Marketing in 2005 and found a passion in Advertising. She found the psychology of consumer behaviour fascinating and has pursued a career in Media (the strategic, analytical side of Advertising).

Robyn craves being busy and started the process of training for fitness competitions in February of 2009. Robyn is a fan of women in the gym who embrace lifting weights, a yoga enthusiast and fascinated with the nutritional side of health.  Robyn researched and trained for a slew of fitness competitions in the Fall of 2009 learning as she went. She sucessfully competed in 5 competitions and is hooked. Robyn has now competed in 2 competitions in 2010 and continues to build her brand as a model and fitness enthusiast.
