….I have revamped my pantry and fridge with natural, clean foods, “if you can’t read it (labels), don’t eat it” Tosca Reno:)  I didn’t have a lot to trade out because there are some foods I already use all the time anyhow, such as cooking with olive oil and only using butter not margarine, baking with unbleached and whole wheat flour. We are not addicted to fast food and very seldom ever eat it anyway.  The killer for me was refined sugar, ouch.  continue…

First off all these photos were shot in raw (this is lighting is perfect for jpeg too), and the only element I tweaked was the black and contrast adjustments, just so you get the real feel of the effect of the lighting setup.  It was rainy and very cloudy out and I also pulled my table away from the window to the darkest part of the room to shoot.  So anyhow here is the  tutorial for an extremely easy and budget friendly lighting system that can be used for many uses such as Etsy products, etc, not only food photography.

I have given an update on the Miracle Pan Release., so go check it out:)

I just had to try Caleb’s Brownie Bar Thing from Russell over at Chasing Delicious, ya the recipe seems to be gaining a pedigree;)  It was late and everyone was craving something sweet, so I printed the recipe off and whipped them up in a hurry, throwing together the ingredients I had on hand and then some (I always like to fatten recipes up a bit more).
