Say you care across Facebook and in-centre plasma screens at Manchester Arndale Centre.
 

A modern day twist on a romantic gesture is the idea behind the month of love at Manchester Arndale. Rather than popping a secret Valentine’s card in the post (S.W.A.L.K) these days it is all about the digital era and instant messaging.

With that in mind, a unique Love Letter application is now running on the centre’s Facebook page allowing people to share their love message with the wider world, as well as with their someone special.

Simply log into Manchester Arndale’s Facebook page and start writing either a cryptic clue to a secret lover or let your nearest and dearest know you care then sit back while technology does all the work. Once submitted and approved, the love messages will display for all to see throughout February with the best being selected to roll continuously across the in-centre plasma screens dotted around the UK’s largest inner-city shopping mall.

All those who enter a message will be also in with a chance to win a romantic getaway experience to an elegant UK hotel, which includes a gift on arrival. A separate Valentine’s giveaway competition is also featuring on Twitter with three ‘P.S I Love You’ box sets from LUSH up for grabs.

In the run-up to Valentine’s Day, the centre will also be featuring different Valentine’s gift ideas on  Facebook and Twitter there is no excuse  to forget to say‘ I love you’ this year!
