Decorating Dilemma

Hiii!

I woke up with a wicked sore throat. This SUCKS. Although I feel like crap, I’m toughing it out and not going to the 11:30 spinning class. Another reason I’m feeling blah?? I ate like a loaf of fruit bread before bed last night. Yup, that’ll do it. Damn you fruit bread!! It was good enough to NOT throw out.

Tomorrow I have to go to Homegoods. I need some decorating ideas and inspiration.

What should I get to go in this space? I was thinking of a round table with some kind of extravagant floral arrangement. I had an interior decorator come over last week and she thought a curved bench or table in this area would look nice. Hmm. I should spend some time on pinterest. Are you following me? Seach lisapaigeNOW. Warning: I’m a newbie and my boards aren’t that impressive.

I should watch some more HGTV. Perhaps a little “Donna Decorates Dallas?”

Lilies are pretty (these are lilies right?) Unfortunately the smell is killing me. Maybe it’s because I bought two bunches? Double the flowers, double the oder. They look pretty though.

Tonight we’re going out with some friends to dinner at Sambuca.  Should be fun.

One thing that never gets old is loving on our little Zach Attack. He’s the BEST.

Taking Matters Into My Own Hands

I’m so desperate for friends pumped up about the little meetup group I’ve started. I’m feeling good about it. Hoping to meet new friends down here in the Lone Star state.

Creamers & A Must Have Cookie Butter

Are you having a good week so far?

I have a minor confession. Here it goes….

I’m slightly obsessed with flavored creamers. Like, just a little.

A creamer for every day of the week. Well, at least I've got M-Th covered :0)

Who doesn’t have 14 different creamers in their fridge anyway?

Guess which one I’m drinking strait from the container these days? If you guessed the York Peppermint Patty, you are right. It’s a given seeing that peppermint patties are my absolute fave candy, everrrrr.

The Almond Joy is right up there on my favorites list too. International Delight is kicking some serious creamer ass lately. Keep the the candy bar flavors coming. How about Milk duds next?

What’s your favorite kind of creamer? If you come to my house expecting regular boring half & half, go to another house. Ya ain’t gonna find that tasteless shit here.

In other foodie news, I’ve been super into Jenny-O lean turkey burgs, yum nuts (honey.)

Honey pretzel Luna bars, and the new cappuccino LARA bars. All are delicious. Oh, and how about Biscoff butter?

Have you ever tried this crack? It’s TO DIE! For the past 2 months, no joke, I’ve had a toasted english muffin topped with a tub of biscoff butter. Sorry all you nut butters out there but biscoff spread has you beat. Stu makes fun of me. He says the only reason I love it (and eat it) so much is because biscoff spread tastes like a cookie. Of course it does or else I wouldn’t waste my taste buds on it. I have one silly husband!

My 4th jar is almost done.

All this food talk has got me feeling a little snacky now.

Why can only find these fun and festive flavors in Target and nowhere else? The peppermint mocha is by far my favorite flavor. I haven’t tried the sugar cookie yet, but it looked good enough to drink strait outta the bottle at least try.
