    Posted in: Daily Eats

yo yo! Hope you all had a fab Friday!

Workout: took a 50 mn spinning class this morning.

Breakfast: Once again, I got up around 6:15,  ate a toasted everything bagel, topped it w/ cream cheese, and then went back to bed. This has been my pattern all week. Wake up, eat a bagel, go back to bed.

    Went to spinning at 9:30.

Post spinning I ate a butt load of cherries and half the container of these little devils below.

mid-afternoon snack: caramel light frapp from Starbs, more cherries and finished the container of those sweet potato cinnamon pop snax,

Dinner: Pizza- I can’t tell you the last time I had pizza. It’s been forever. We ordered a med veggie pie w/ eggplant and I ate 4 slices.

Dessert: Arctic Zero ice cream with cool whip, sprinks and graham cracker crumbs.

I’m stuffed and am going to bed….night :0)

    Workout: 50 mn spinning class

Breakfast: Everything bagel with cream cheese and coffee

    Snack (post spinning) watermelon slices

Lunch: Amy’s bean burrito with TJ’s salsa and a 100 calorie pack of Wholly Guacamole. Kashi salsa pita chips (I’m obsessed) and hummus. I ate a handful of cherries too.

Mid-afternoon snack: 1c chocolate almond milk and a chocolate cherry kind bar (190 cals.)

Dinner: Amy’s veggie burger (we love Amy’s) over salad, feta, cucs, onion, tomato’s and croutons (same din as last night.) Lite Goddess dressing. Drank diet decaf iced tea. Turkey Hill makes the best.

Dessert: Random: 3 bits of Arctic Zero ice cream (that’s what was left and I was pissed.) Followed by a cup of sugar free chocolate pudding (60 cals.) I topped it with cool whip and dumped the entire bag a generous amount of Reese’s pb chips on top. I could of  easily had 2 more cups of this dessert, but I do have some self control. Key word, some.

Today I took a 50 mn spinning class.

Breakfast: everything bagel with cream cheese. I ate this at 6am, went back to bed, woke up at 8:30 and went to my class at 9:30. That timeline so random, I know.

    post spinning: watermelon

Lunch: Sushi @ Oishi. sm. house salad, 2 brown rice rolls- spicy veggie and boston roll.

mid-afternoon snack- 1/4c trail mix. A little while later I munched on carrots and hummus (Bobbi’s fat free horseradish.)

in the mix: raisins, peanuts, m&ms and white chocolate chips

Dinner: TJ’s southwest salad with corn and black beans.

Dessert: small choc/vanilla twist yogurt cone with rainbow sprinkles.

My stomach is at it’s full capacity, so eating big meals is a no-go. I fill up fast these days. Just trying to stick with eating smaller meals more often.
